Data Entry Administrator
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week). No weekends.
Brackmills, Northampton. Office based.
£12.71 per hour/ £26,436.80 per annum

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. We’re looking for somebody with excellent attention to detail, strong I.T. skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately. This is an office-based order processing role with no customer contact, so it’s ideally suited to somebody who enjoys focusing on a task and working efficiently.
You’ll join a small, friendly and well-established team, where you’ll be responsible for producing courier labels using our client’s labelling system. Working from instructions held within their CRM system, you’ll ensure the correct labels are created so the warehouse team can dispatch customer orders accurately.
This isn’t a slow and steady role. You’ll be expected to process work quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What your day to day will look like as a Data Entry Administrator:
- Produce courier labels in line with the requirements of the relevant courier, following instructions from the Lead Advisor while meeting individual productivity targets.
- Provide an efficient and accurate courier labelling service, ensuring confidential information is handled correctly and all daily labelling requirements are completed.
- Liaise with colleagues across different departments to ensure clear communication and the smooth running of the courier process.
- Manage general queries by following the correct procedures, escalating where required and maintaining a full audit trail.
