Administration Officer
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience)
Monday – Friday. Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm and Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid lunch)
Fully office based in Corby, Weldon area

Summary of Administration Officer:
This is a varied role where you’ll manage a caseload from start to finish. You’ll deal with client queries, send invoices and agreements, chase outstanding information and payments, and make sure fees are correct. You’ll also liaise with clients and external stakeholders to make sure information is received, issues are dealt with and everything keeps moving. It’s a role that needs someone who is organised, good with detail and confident communicating with different people. You’ll also keep records up to date and make sure nothing gets missed along the way.
What your day to day will look like:
- Managing and keeping client case files up to date on the internal CRM system, ensuring records are accurate, organised and reflect the current progress of each case. This includes monitoring outstanding actions, following up on information and payments, and keeping everything on track.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, external stakeholders and internal colleagues, dealing with queries by phone and email and ensuring cases move forward smoothly and efficiently.
- Chasing outstanding information and documentation from clients and external stakeholders, making sure all the necessary information is received to avoid delays in the consent process.
- Preparing and issuing offers, agreements, invoices, letters and other documentation, ensuring everything is accurate and sent out within the required timescales.
- Managing client funds and invoicing, making sure payments are allocated correctly, fees are accurate and outstanding payments are followed up. Alongside this, producing regular updates and reports for management on the status of your workload.
- Providing general office support, including answering calls, assisting colleagues and making sure documentation is properly filed and records are kept up to date.
