Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on previous relevant experience)

 

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch). No weekends

 

Northampton. Fully office based on-site.

The purpose of your role:

 

Working alongside the Administration Support team and Senior Financial Advisors, you’ll play a key role in supporting their client base by providing a high level of administration and customer service support.

 

Your responsibilities will include setting up new policies, handling general enquiries, liaising with private clients, third-party providers and internal colleagues, as well as processing policy claims and making amendments to existing policy agreements where required.

 

The role is primarily administration focused, although there is a customer contact element. Around 20% of your time will be spent on the telephone, handling approximately 10–15 calls per day from clients and stakeholders.

 

As you’ll be supporting a portfolio of clients who expect a professional, responsive and highly personalised service, you’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.

 

What your day to day will look like:

 

  • You’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients, taking ownership of their account and ensuring they receive a seamless, professional and highly personalised service throughout.
  • Working closely with a portfolio of valued clients, you’ll build genuine relationships, provide support with enquiries and play a key role in delivering the exceptional level of service the business is known for.
  • Working closely with three experienced Senior Financial Advisors, you’ll be a valued part of the team, providing the administration support that enables them to focus on delivering the very best outcomes for their clients.
  • You’ll oversee the administration of new and existing policies, maintain accurate client records and ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations, giving you exposure to a varied and rewarding role within financial services.
